Tailgaiting

May 28, 2026

What is with the tailgaiting? Do folks actually think this is a good idea? Some people that I know vary well do this. They are nice people, just truly oblivious to the danger. This activity can be interpreted as aggressive. As a driving instructor at Steady Driver Training in Summerville, SC, I experience this every day. The car is fully marked as a training vehicle, yet I routinely see white knuckled drivers behind me right on the rear bumper. Bad people? Aggressive? Just really bad at driving? I’m not certain. Just let it go. Not everyone is good at driving. Drive Steady – Drive Safe
