Designed for beginner drivers. The program consists of 8 hours of classroom instruction and 12 hours of behind-the-wheel driving lessons, with 2 hours dedicated to maneuvers. The 12 hours on the road are split, with the first 6 hours designed to get you started. You’ll then practice at home before returning for the final 6 hours and the driver’s exam. This course includes the SC DMV ROAD TEST – 2 attempts. Additional attempts are $40.

Designed for those with little to no driving experience, this course provides a solid foundation. It covers the basics to get you started. This course supplies half of the 40 hours required by the state of SC for those under 17 years of age. This course is also very valuable for those over 17 who have difficulty finding trainers at home. Practice at home can advance your skill set very quickly. Depending on your aptitude for driving, the amount of practice needed will vary. Some people have made it to basic license ability on the lessons alone. This course is for those who want to leave all the training to us. You bring the commitment, and we provide the full 40 hours required by the state of SC. All facets of driving are covered, along with in-depth classroom study. The classroom instruction is separate from and twice the amount of material of the other courses. No training is required at home, although it is certainly encouraged. This course consists of the learner’s permit class and test, 16 hours of classroom instruction, and 40 hours of on-the-road or behind-the-wheel driving lessons. This course includes the SC DMV ROAD TEST – 2 attempts. Additional attempts are $40.

This course provides instruction to learn or improve upon a specific area of concern. The subjects are determined after consultation with the student. This includes left turns, center lane usage, parking, and interstate driving.

This course offers instruction and practice in each of the four maneuvers required for the driver’s examination. With someone who can handle a car with average proficiency, this generally takes 1.5 – 2.5 hours.

Certified by the SCDMV to administer the learner’s permit test. A 20-minute review followed by the knowledge test to receive a learner’s permit. The SC Drivers Manual needs to be thoroughly studied prior to this course. The information it contains is vital to success on the knowledge test. Upon passing, the paperwork will need to be taken to a DMV site within 30 days to receive the actual permit. The DMV randomly retests to maintain the integrity of third-party testing.
